P-Sice

HISTORY

P-SICE is an abbreviated form of Presbyterian Students In Church Evangelism. Presbyterian students in all tertiary institutions engage in this ministry. Our motivation is from Matthew 28: 19 which instruct that we (believers) go and make disciples all over the world. NUPS-G KNUST has over the years contributed its quota to the success of this ministry. Each year, the Union embarks on P-SICE to spread the good news about Christ and His saving power.

The union visits several locals in some Presbyteries and over the past four years, Akyem Abuakwa Presbytery and areas around Yeji have been blessed with the Word and several miracles. In the year 2010, the theme for P-SICE was Behold I make all things new and indeed things were renewed in several locals. 2011 witnessed a plethora of testimonies when people received the saving power of Christ in I came to save the world. In 2012, the enthusiasm for SICE was so overwhelming when we were bound to preach the gospel with Apostle Paul.

In 2013, we are still not ashamed of the gospel and we are storming into homes, towns, villages, cities and countries of the world. We are blazing with the fire of Christ and our zeal is empowered by the Holy Spirit to even do more. 2014 promises to be another testimony-filled mission as we are anointed to preach beauty for ashes in the Sefwi Presbytery. Because of this commitment to the Great Commission, we urge ourselves as brethren of the Kingdom to donate and support SICE with prayer, finances and more so our lives.

God bless you as you help in the Kingdom business..
