The Coordinating Team embarks on visitation (coordination) to Senior High Schools (Coordinated Branches) and Tertiary Institutions (Sub-Coordinating Branches) in the Ashanti Region and its environs. The Team serves as a liaison between KNUST (Coordinating Branch Head) and these schools.
The wing has three departments; Extension, Secretariate, and Welfare; and four committees; Mass Coordination, PMSU, Outreach, and Family meeting.
